Krunchy Cookie Shop was started by 7 Young Entrepreneurs at KCS, who wanted to start a cookie business and make them school-friendly.

HOW TO MAKE THE COOKIES
If you have purchased one of our Krunchy Cookie mixes here is the recipe
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/8 (33g) butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet Krunchy Cookie Mix
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 350C and place parchment paper on a baking dish.
- In a bowl add the softened butter and whisk it with an electric beater until smooth. You can also use a whisk and muscle power for this.
- Add the vanilla and whisk until incorporated.
- Add the Krunchy Cookie mix.
- Add the egg and mix until well blended.
- Add the mixture in spoonfuls on top of the parchment covered tray. Keep at least 2 inches between the cookies as they will get much bigger. Each Krunchy cookie mix will give you 5 large cookies.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until slightly brown on the top.
- Cool on a rack and enjoy!
