Those submitting information such as Recipes, Art Work, Financial Knowledge and information on Global Awareness or any other such information, are also bound by this agreement and all things submitted by them becomes the sole property of Explorer Hop and any subsidiaries Explorer Hop may have. Explorer Hop may choose to share this information as it deems appropriate and does not need permission in any way to do so.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Explorer Hop is a brand name owned by Bridgefield Inc.

Welcome to ExplorerHop ("we," "us," "our," "App," or "ExplorerHop"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ExplorerHop regarding your use of our mobile application and associated services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ExplorerHop app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
For users under 18: If you are under 18 years old, you and your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App.
Modifications to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. License and Use
2.1 Limited License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ExplorerHop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on devices you own or control
- Use the App solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- Access course content and educational materials
This license does NOT grant you the right to:
- Transfer or sublicense the App

2.3 Apple and Google Disclaimers
For iOS (Apple App Store): You acknowledge that:
- This license is limited to use on Apple devices you own or control
- The license is revocable and non-transferable
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- ExplorerHop, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App
- Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no liability for the App
For Android (Google Play Store): You acknowledge that:
- Google Play is only the distribution platform
- Google is not responsible for the App's content or functionality
- Google provides the App "as is" and disclaims all warranties
- ExplorerHop, not Google, is responsible for customer support
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Update your information to maintain accuracy
- Keep your password confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Age Requirements
Users Ages 5-12: Must have verifiable parental/guardian consent before account creation. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring use.
Users Ages 13-17: Can create accounts with parental consent or notification, as required by law.
Users 18+: Can create accounts independently.
3.3 Eligibility
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

- You have authority to enter into this agreement
- You are not prohibited by law from using the App
- All information provided is true and accurate
- You have not been suspended or banned from ExplorerHop previously
ExplorerHop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these eligibility requirements.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to use the App to:
Illegal Activities:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Engage in fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Facilitate money laundering or financing of illegal activities
Harassment and Safety:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users or staff
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in stalking, doxxing, or targeted harassment
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Share personal information of others without consent
Content Violations:
- Post, upload, or transmit hate speech, discrimination, or bigotry

- Post graphic violence or gore

6.2 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Pricing and Authorization:
- All courses and subscriptions are available through your device's app store (Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android)
- By completing a purchase, you authorize and direct the App Store to charge your payment method
- Prices are displayed before you complete your purchase in the App Store
- Applicable sales taxes and fees are included in the displayed price and charged by the App Store
- You are responsible for all charges associated with your account
What You're Purchasing:
- You are purchasing a license to access educational course content, not ownership of the content
- Access is limited to personal, educational, non-commercial use
- ExplorerHop may modify course content at any time
- Purchasing does not guarantee permanent access; ExplorerHop may discontinue courses
- Downloaded materials remain the intellectual property of ExplorerHop
Price Information:
- Current pricing for all courses is displayed in the App Store listing
- Pricing may vary by region, currency, and App Store
- ExplorerHop may introduce promotional pricing or pricing changes with advance notice
- Existing subscriptions will continue at the current price until renewal
6.3 Subscription Terms and Auto-Renewal
Subscription Details: ExplorerHop offers subscription-based access to course content. Subscription terms include:
Subscription Tiers (pricing subject to change):
- Monthly subscriptions: Renew automatically every 30 days
- Annual subscriptions: Renew automatically every 365 days
- Course-specific subscriptions: Renew on the dates specified at purchase
Automatic Renewal:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- Unless you cancel BEFORE your renewal date, your payment method will be charged
- The charge occurs on the same date each billing cycle (e.g., if you subscribe on the 15th, you will be charged on the 15th of each month)
- By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly consent to automatic renewal and recurring charges
Subscription Fees:
- Subscription fees are charged upfront for the initial period and then recurring at the end of each billing cycle
- You will receive a reminder notification before renewal (where available)
- The exact amount will be displayed in the App Store before you confirm purchase
- Taxes and fees vary by location and will be calculated by the App Store
Free Trial Periods (if applicable):
- Some subscriptions may include a free trial period (duration specified at purchase)
- Free trial periods are available to new subscribers only
- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the free trial unless canceled beforehand
- Your payment method will be charged on the first day after the free trial ends
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you convert to paid
6.4 How to Manage, Cancel, or Modify Your Subscription
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation instructions vary by platform:

- Find ExplorerHop in the list
- Tap ExplorerHop and then Manage

Important Cancellation Information:
- Cancellations take effect immediately upon confirmation
- You will lose access to premium course content once your subscription is canceled
- Your cancellation is final; no partial refunds are issued for cancellations mid-billing cycle
- You will NOT be charged again after cancellation
- If you cancel before your renewal date, you will maintain access until the end of your current billing period
6.5 Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
ExplorerHop's refund policy is as follows:
Refunds May Be Issued For:

Technical Defects: The course or app feature failed to work as described due to a bug or technical issue

Unauthorized Purchases: A subscription was purchased without authorization or by a child without parental consent

Unused Content: The subscription was purchased but you have not accessed any course material (within 14 days of purchase)

Service Failure: The app or course content was unavailable for more than 48 hours during your subscription period
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:
- Courses accessed, viewed, downloaded, or substantially completed
- Courses accessed more than 7 days after purchase (considered used/consumed)
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with course content
- Unauthorized use after account access is provided
- Purchases made through Apple or Google directly (see their policies)
- Duplicate or accidental purchases where access was granted
- Failure to cancel a subscription by the renewal date
- Subscriptions purchased during promotional periods
How to Request a Refund:

- Click Report a Problem
- Select I would like a refund for this purchase
- Explain your reason and submit

- Open the Google Play Store app or website
- Go to Account > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select ExplorerHop
- Tap Report a problem
- Select Request a refund
- Explain your reason and submit
Google will review your request and respond within 7-14 days.
Refund Processing Timeline:
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Your subscription access will be terminated upon refund approval
- You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed
Refund Frequency Limits:
- Excessive refund requests may be denied
- Patterns of refund requests may result in account termination
- Users with multiple approved refunds may have purchase restrictions applied
6.6 Billing and Payment Method
Payment Processing:
- All payments are processed securely through Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) payment systems
- ExplorerHop never directly handles your payment information
- Your payment method is stored securely by the App Store
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
Failed Payments:
- If your payment method fails at renewal, the App Store will attempt to charge it multiple times
- If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended
- You may be unable to access premium content until payment succeeds
- Reactivating a failed subscription may incur additional charges

6.8 EU 14-Day Consumer Right to Cancel
For Users in the European Union: You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, as required by EU consumer protection law.

- Excessive chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension
6.10 Taxes and Fees

- Sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes are calculated and charged by the App Store
- The displayed price may not include taxes; the final amount will be shown before confirmation
- Tax amounts vary by location and are non-refundable
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases

- Currency conversion fees may apply if you pay in a different currency than your device's location
- Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees
- ExplorerHop is not responsible for third-party fees

- That you have read and understand these subscription terms
- That you are authorized to make this purchase (or have parental consent if under 18)
7. Educational Content and Disclaimers
