EXPLORERHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION 1: OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Explorer Hop ("we," "us," "our," "Company," or "ExplorerHop") operates a comprehensive educational services platform offering online courses, mobile application-delivered courses, tutoring services, university consulting services, and coaching programs (collectively, "Services"). This website, mobile application, and all associated platforms are operated by ExplorerHop, a brand owned by Bridgefield Inc.

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using any of ExplorerHop's Services—including but not limited to our website, mobile app, online courses, tutoring sessions, consulting services, or coaching programs—you ("User," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users regardless of whether they are consumers, students, parents, guardians, or institutional clients.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, you may not access or use any ExplorerHop Services. Your continued use of ExplorerHop Services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.


SECTION 2: DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms:

  • "Digital Products" means online courses, course materials, videos, assessments, and downloadable content delivered through our website or app.

  • "Services" means all educational offerings including: (a) online courses, (b) app-delivered courses, (c) tutoring services, (d) university consulting services, and (e) coaching programs.

  • "Content" means all course materials, videos, lectures, assignments, resources, graphics, text, interactive elements, and intellectual property created by or for ExplorerHop.

  • "Account" means your registered user profile on any ExplorerHop platform.

  • "Purchase" means any transaction in which you acquire access to Services, whether through one-time payment, subscription, or institutional agreement.

  • "Licensee" means you, as the end user granted a limited license to access Services.


SECTION 3: LICENSE GRANT & USE RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Limited License

ExplorerHop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and view Content for your personal, individual educational use only
  • Download course materials solely for personal reference
  • Complete assignments and assessments for your own learning
  • Access Services on devices you own or control

3.2 Restrictions on Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer access to any Services or Content
  • Share login credentials, usernames, or passwords with any third party
  • Allow others to access your Account or use your purchased Services
  • Share, distribute, or publicly display any Content without explicit written permission
  • Use Services for group instruction, institutional purposes, or classroom settings unless you have purchased an institutional or group license
  • Use Services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to teaching others, creating derivative products, or monetizing access
  • Record, screenshot, or capture video/audio of live tutoring sessions or coaching calls without prior written consent
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from Content
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Extract or scrape data from our platforms for any purpose
  • Use Services in violation of any law or regulation
  • Circumvent security measures or access Content through unauthorized means

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your Account and Services, forfeiture of all fees paid, and potential legal action.

3.3 Intellectual Property Ownership

All Content, materials, courses, curricula, assessments, videos, graphics, designs, logos, and intellectual property within ExplorerHop Services are the exclusive property of ExplorerHop or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights in any Content.


SECTION 4: ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Account Creation Requirements

To access certain Services, you must create an Account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update all information
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Accept sole responsibility for all activities under your Account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept all responsibility for breaches resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials

4.2 Age & Parental Consent

  • Users Ages 5-12: Require verifiable parental/guardian consent and ongoing parental involvement
  • Users Ages 13-17: May create accounts with parental consent where required by law
  • Users 18+: May create accounts independently

Parents and guardians assume full legal responsibility for their minor's use, including all purchases and conduct.

4.3 Eligibility Representations

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the stated age (or have authorized parental consent if under 18)
  • You have legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • You are not prohibited by law from using Services
  • All information provided is truthful and accurate
  • You have not been previously suspended or banned from ExplorerHop
  • You are not accessing Services from a restricted jurisdiction

ExplorerHop reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user at its sole discretion.


SECTION 5: PURCHASE, PAYMENT & BILLING TERMS

5.1 All Products Are Digital and Non-Refundable

CRITICAL: All ExplorerHop Services are considered digital products. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds are possible once you have been granted access to any Service or Content
  • Access is non-transferable and is tied solely to your individual Account
  • You cannot resell, share, redistribute, or transfer access to your purchased Services to any other person or entity
  • Sharing is prohibited for all purposes, including educational, charitable, or institutional use
  • No right of return or exchange exists once access is granted
  • Downloading or viewing Content constitutes acceptance and use, making refunds impossible

5.2 Payment Authorization & Processing

By completing a purchase, you:

  • Authorize ExplorerHop to charge your payment method in full
  • Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Accept responsibility for all charges associated with your Account
  • Acknowledge that payment is processed immediately upon purchase confirmation

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, PayPal, or other providers as indicated). ExplorerHop does not directly store credit card information.

5.3 Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription to any Service:

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly, annual, or as specified)
  • You explicitly consent to automatic renewal and recurring charges
  • Unless you cancel BEFORE your renewal date, your payment method will be charged
  • Cancellation must be completed through your device's app store settings or by contacting hello@explorerhop.com
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
  • Price changes take effect at your next renewal date

5.4 How to Cancel Subscriptions

iOS Users (Apple App Store):

  • Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > ExplorerHop > Manage > Cancel Subscription

Android Users (Google Play Store):

  • Google Play Store > Account > Manage Subscriptions > ExplorerHop > Cancel Subscription

Web Users:

  • Contact hello@explorerhop.com with your Account email and subscription details

Cancellation is effective immediately, but you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Taxes & Additional Fees

  • Sales taxes, VAT, GST, and applicable fees are calculated and charged by the payment processor
  • Currency conversion fees may apply if you pay in a non-local currency
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your purchases
  • Tax amounts are non-refundable and are not part of ExplorerHop's revenue

5.6 Failed Payments

If your payment method fails:

  • The payment processor will attempt multiple retries
  • Your subscription may be suspended if payment continues to fail
  • You will lose access to Services until payment succeeds
  • You remain liable for all charges owed

SECTION 6: TUTORING SERVICES SPECIFIC TERMS

6.1 Nature of Tutoring Services

Tutoring services are provided on an as-needed basis and are subject to availability. Tutors are independent contractors or employees of ExplorerHop and are not your personal employees or fiduciaries.

6.2 Session Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Sessions must be scheduled through our platform in advance
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session fee
  • No refunds are issued for missed sessions, regardless of reason
  • ExplorerHop reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions at any time

6.3 Recording & Privacy in Tutoring Sessions

  • Live tutoring sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent from ExplorerHop
  • Tutors retain all intellectual property rights in their instruction and explanations
  • Session content is confidential between you and the tutor
  • ExplorerHop may monitor sessions for quality assurance purposes
  • You agree not to share session details, methods, or materials with third parties

6.4 Tutor Qualifications & Disclaimers

  • Tutors are selected based on subject matter expertise but are not necessarily credentialed professionals
  • ExplorerHop does not guarantee specific academic results or grade improvements
  • Tutoring is supplemental educational support and does not replace formal education
  • You assume all responsibility for how you utilize tutoring guidance
  • ExplorerHop is not liable for academic outcomes or performance

6.5 Specialized Services Disclaimer

If tutoring involves specialized subjects (SAT/ACT prep, college admissions, standardized testing):

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Score improvements depend on individual effort and aptitude
  • ExplorerHop makes no warranty regarding test score increases
  • Past student results do not predict your individual outcomes

SECTION 7: UNIVERSITY CONSULTING SERVICES SPECIFIC TERMS

7.1 Nature of Consulting Services

University consulting services are informational and educational in nature. ExplorerHop:

  • Provides guidance based on general knowledge and industry experience
  • Does not guarantee college admissions, scholarships, or specific outcomes
  • Does not provide legal advice regarding education law or policies
  • Does not replace or substitute for official college counseling or admissions offices

7.2 Consultant Qualifications

  • Consultants have experience with college admissions processes
  • Consultants are not licensed admissions officers or official representatives of colleges/universities
  • Consultant recommendations are professional opinions, not guarantees
  • Individual colleges' policies, requirements, and decisions are subject to change

7.3 Application & Admissions Disclaimers

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: ExplorerHop does not control college admissions decisions. You acknowledge that:

  • College admissions are solely determined by individual institutions
  • Following consultant recommendations does not guarantee admission
  • Consultant guidance is based on general best practices, not institution-specific policies
  • Each college has independent admissions standards and may change criteria at any time
  • Your individual circumstances, qualifications, and fit determine outcomes, not consultant advice
  • ExplorerHop is not responsible for denial of admission, waitlist placement, or scholarship denial

7.4 Service Limitations

University consulting services do NOT include:

  • Direct communication with colleges or universities on your behalf
  • Submission of applications or official documents
  • Guaranteed admissions outcomes or scholarship awards
  • Legal representation or education law advice
  • Financial aid analysis (unless explicitly purchased as separate service)

7.5 Timeline & Availability

  • Consulting services are available based on consultant schedule
  • Response times vary and are not guaranteed
  • Expedited services may incur additional fees
  • ExplorerHop reserves the right to modify service availability

7.6 Changes to College Policies

Colleges and universities frequently change admissions requirements, deadlines, and policies. ExplorerHop:

  • Makes reasonable efforts to maintain current information
  • Does not guarantee information accuracy
  • Is not liable for changes made by colleges after consulting services are provided
  • Recommends users verify all information directly with target institutions

SECTION 8: COACHING SERVICES SPECIFIC TERMS

8.1 Nature of Coaching Services

Coaching services are designed to provide motivational support, goal-setting, and personal development guidance. Coaches are not medical professionals, mental health providers, or therapists.

8.2 Coaching Is Not Mental Health Treatment

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: If you are experiencing mental health challenges, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or other serious psychological concerns, coaching is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment. You must seek care from a licensed mental health professional immediately.

Coaches:

  • Are not licensed therapists, psychiatrists, or mental health professionals
  • Do not diagnose mental health conditions
  • Do not provide psychiatric or psychological treatment
  • Cannot prescribe medication
  • May not be trained in crisis intervention

8.3 Results Disclaimer

Coaching results depend entirely on your individual effort, commitment, and circumstances:

  • ExplorerHop does not guarantee specific outcomes, achievements, or results
  • Past client results do not predict your individual outcomes
  • Success requires your active participation and implementation of coaching guidance
  • ExplorerHop is not responsible for failure to achieve stated goals

8.4 Confidentiality Limitations

While coaching sessions are private:

  • ExplorerHop may monitor sessions for quality assurance
  • Coaches may be required to report threats of harm to yourself or others
  • Coaches will comply with legal requirements to report abuse or harm
  • Information shared in coaching may be subject to legal discovery

8.5 Coaching Session Policies

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session fee
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable
  • No refunds for partial or unused sessions
  • Rescheduling is subject to coach availability

SECTION 9: REFUND POLICY

9.1 General Refund Policy: Non-Refundable Digital Products

All Services sold by ExplorerHop are digital products and are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Online courses (self-paced or instructor-led)
  • App-delivered courses
  • Tutoring sessions (once access is granted)
  • University consulting services (once service begins)
  • Coaching sessions (once service is provided)

Once you have been granted access to any Service or Content, no refund is available under any circumstances except as explicitly required by law (e.g., EU 14-day consumer right).

9.2 Limited Exceptions (Refund May Be Considered)

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following narrow circumstances:

Technical Defect:

  • The Service failed to function as described due to a verifiable technical error
  • The defect was reported within 7 days of purchase
  • The defect remains unresolved after ExplorerHop's good-faith attempt to repair
  • You have not accessed substantial course content or service benefits

Unauthorized Purchase:

  • A subscription was purchased without your authorization
  • A purchase was made by a minor without parental consent
  • Fraudulent activity is confirmed

Complete Service Failure:

  • The entire Service (website, app, tutoring platform) was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your subscription period
  • This caused material inability to access purchased Services

9.3 Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For

Refunds will be definitively denied if:

  • You have accessed, viewed, downloaded, or used any course content
  • You have participated in any tutoring session, consulting call, or coaching session
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • You changed your mind or are dissatisfied with content quality
  • You found the content difficult, confusing, or not meeting your expectations
  • You did not complete the Service or achieve desired results
  • You obtained the Service through promotion or discount
  • You paid through Apple, Google, or another third-party platform (refer to their policies)
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases where access was granted
  • You failed to cancel before subscription renewal

9.4 Refund Request Process

Step 1: Contact ExplorerHop

Email: hello@explorerhop.com Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Date of Purchase]"

Include:

  • Your Account email address
  • Date and amount of purchase
  • Specific reason for refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (error messages, screenshots, proof of non-access)

Step 2: ExplorerHop Review

  • ExplorerHop will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  • You may be asked for additional information or evidence
  • ExplorerHop reserves the right to deny requests lacking sufficient evidence

Step 3: If Denied or No Response

If ExplorerHop denies your request or does not respond within 5 business days, you may file a chargeback through your payment provider:

For Apple (iOS):

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Select Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
  • Find the ExplorerHop transaction
  • Report a problem and request refund

For Google Play (Android):

  • Open Google Play Store
  • Go to Account > Payments and Subscriptions > Subscriptions
  • Select ExplorerHop
  • Tap Report a Problem
  • Request a refund

For Credit Card/Bank:

  • Contact your card issuer or bank to dispute the charge

9.5 Excessive Refund Requests

ExplorerHop reserves the right to:

  • Deny refund requests from users with a pattern of frequent refund requests
  • Restrict future purchases or access for users filing excessive chargebacks
  • Terminate Accounts of users engaging in refund abuse
  • Report fraudulent chargeback activity to payment processors and authorities

9.6 EU Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal)

For users in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your subscription without providing a reason, provided you have NOT substantially accessed course content.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact ExplorerHop at hello@explorerhop.com within 14 days of purchase
  • Include your order information and Account email
  • ExplorerHop will issue a full refund within 14 days of cancellation request
  • This right does NOT apply if you have accessed substantial course content, participated in tutoring, or used services beyond initial review

SECTION 10: ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY & PROHIBITED CONDUCT

10.1 Illegal Activities

You agree NOT to use Services to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Engage in fraud, hacking, unauthorized access, or identity theft
  • Transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful code
  • Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or illegal activities
  • Create counterfeit credentials or misrepresent qualifications
  • Engage in copyright infringement or intellectual property theft

10.2 Harassment, Safety & Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or abuse other users, tutors, or ExplorerHop staff
  • Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or bigotry based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • Impersonate any person, tutor, consultant, or institutional representative
  • Engage in stalking, doxxing, or targeted harassment
  • Share personal information of others without consent
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or policies
  • Engage in sexually explicit behavior or share pornographic content
  • Post, share, or distribute child exploitation material
  • Threaten violence, self-harm, or suicide (contact mental health professionals immediately)

10.3 Content Violations

You agree NOT to:

  • Post hate speech, bigotry, or discrimination
  • Share sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative material
  • Post graphic violence, gore, or disturbing content
  • Upload copyrighted material without authorization
  • Spam, flood, or post repetitive messages
  • Promote eating disorders, self-harm, or dangerous behaviors
  • Distribute misinformation or deliberately false information
  • Engage in scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers

10.4 Commercial Misuse

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, extract, or bulk download course content for commercial purposes
  • Resell access to Services or Content
  • Use Services for unauthorized commercial activity or business purposes
  • Use Services for competitive research or market analysis without permission
  • Monetize or profit from ExplorerHop Content
  • Create derivative products for sale
  • Use Services for mass marketing, affiliate schemes, or multi-level marketing

10.5 Technical Violations

You agree NOT to:

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overwhelm ExplorerHop servers or infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on our platforms
  • Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
  • Engage in denial-of-service attacks
  • Exploit vulnerabilities in our systems

10.6 Enforcement & Termination

ExplorerHop reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content violating these Terms without notice
  • Suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately
  • Forfeit all fees and deny all refunds
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement
  • Pursue civil or criminal legal action
  • Block your IP address or device from accessing Services
  • Pursue damages for breach of Terms

Violation is grounds for immediate termination with no refund or appeal process.


SECTION 11: USER-GENERATED CONTENT & SUBMISSIONS

11.1 Your Submissions Belong to ExplorerHop

If you post, upload, or submit any content to ExplorerHop (including forum posts, assignment submissions, feedback, suggestions, or creative materials):

  • You grant ExplorerHop a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submissions
  • You represent that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights
  • You are solely responsible for your submissions
  • You waive any moral rights or attribution claims
  • ExplorerHop may use your submissions for any purpose without further notification or compensation

11.2 Moderation & Removal

ExplorerHop:

  • May remove, edit, or moderate any user-generated content without liability
  • Is not responsible for user submissions or interactions
  • Does not endorse user-generated content
  • Reserves the right to ban users for policy violations without notice
  • May disclose user information if required by law

11.3 Third-Party Content

Other users' opinions, posts, and content do not represent ExplorerHop. We have no obligation to monitor or police user interactions.


SECTION 12: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

12.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES, CONTENT, AND PLATFORMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

ExplorerHop specifically disclaims:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchantability or merchant quality
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of Content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That Services will meet your requirements or expectations
  • That defects will be corrected
  • That Content is free from viruses or harmful components
  • That tutors, consultants, or coaches possess specific qualifications
  • That specific academic, admissions, or personal development results will be achieved

12.2 No Guarantee of Results

ExplorerHop makes NO representations regarding:

  • Academic grade improvement
  • Test score increases (SAT, ACT, standardized tests)
  • College admissions outcomes
  • Scholarship awards or financial aid
  • Personal achievement or goal attainment
  • Coaching or consulting effectiveness
  • Career advancement or employment outcomes

Past results do not guarantee your individual outcomes.

12.3 Educational Content Disclaimers

  • ExplorerHop content is for educational purposes only
  • Content is not professional advice (financial, legal, medical, psychological, etc.)
  • You should not rely on Content as a substitute for qualified professionals
  • You assume all responsibility for decisions based on Content
  • Consult licensed professionals (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors) before making important decisions

12.4 Financial Content Disclaimer

For any courses involving finance, investing, or markets:

  • Content is educational only and is NOT investment advice
  • We do NOT recommend specific investments or securities
  • Market simulations do NOT reflect real market conditions
  • Past performance does NOT guarantee future results
  • You should consult a qualified financial advisor before investing
  • You assume all risk for any financial decisions

12.5 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

ExplorerHop is NOT liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill
  • Business interruption or loss of use
  • Cost of substitute goods or services
  • Any other commercial losses

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.6 Liability Cap

Except where prohibited by law, ExplorerHop's total liability to you shall not exceed the lesser of:

  • The amount you paid for the specific Service that caused the claim, OR
  • $100 (CAD)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.7 Apple & Google Disclaimers

Apple and Google are NOT parties to these Terms and have no liability for:

  • The Services' functionality, safety, or content
  • Your use of Services
  • Damages or losses arising from Services
  • Your interactions with ExplorerHop or other users
  • Maintenance or support of Services

SECTION 13: INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExplorerHop, Bridgefield Inc., our officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from:

  • Any claims, demands, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of Services or Content
  • Your conduct or user-generated content
  • Infringement of third-party rights caused by your submissions
  • Any unauthorized access using your Account
  • Your breach of representations or warranties
  • Claims by third parties related to your use

You will pay all costs of defense, including reasonable attorneys' fees.


SECTION 14: TERMINATION OF SERVICES & ACCOUNTS

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your Account at any time by:

  • Deleting the app from your device
  • Submitting a termination request to hello@explorerhop.com
  • Following account deletion steps in your Account settings

14.2 Termination by ExplorerHop

ExplorerHop may immediately suspend or terminate your Account and Services without notice if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms
  • Your conduct harms other users, tutors, or ExplorerHop
  • Your Account is used for illegal activities
  • You breach the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Required by law, court order, or legal process
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Repeated policy violations or pattern of misconduct
  • Excessive refund requests or chargeback abuse
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use Services is immediately revoked
  • Your Account access is disabled
  • All purchased but unused Services are forfeited
  • NO refunds are issued (except where required by law)
  • Your Account data may be deleted
  • Surviving provisions remain in effect indefinitely
  • You remain liable for all charges owed

SECTION 15: PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

ExplorerHop's collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

15.1 Key Privacy Points

  • We collect data necessary to provide Services
  • We comply with COPPA, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy laws
  • Parents/guardians can request data access or deletion for minors

All course materials, videos, lectures, assignments, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of ExplorerHop or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws worldwide.

You acquire NO ownership rights in any Content.

  • Allow 30 days for good-faith negotiation
  • Work toward mutually acceptable resolution

19.4 Arbitration (If Applicable)

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for claims involving child safety, IP infringement, or emergency injunctive relief.

19.5 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class arbitrations against ExplorerHop.


SECTION 20: SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

20.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

20.2 Waiver

ExplorerHop's failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Waivers are only valid if in writing and signed by an authorized ExplorerHop representative.

  • Google Play is solely the distribution platform
  • Google is not responsible for Services, content, or functionality
  • Google provides Services "as is" and disclaims all warranties
  • ExplorerHop, not Google, is responsible for customer support and claims
  • You acknowledge Google is not a party to these Terms
  • Google has no liability for Services or your use
