To do this week:

Melina - send the survey to people in our class, and then everyone should send the survey to people they know!

Hot chocolate group - 1 chocolate related recipe each as follows: Kenzo - chocolate chip cookies, Melina - chocolate cake, Inaaya - tiramisu, Vihaan - brownies, Louis - chocolate ice cream, Arianna - chocolate cake pops, Avery - chocolate chip banana bread.

Bracelets group - 3 bracelets each unless you brought bracelets today (Sianna, David and Cecilia do not need to do this as they gave me their bracelets today)

What we worked on today:

Based on our research for how our competitors (other companies, brands, shops selling the same product as ours) price their products, here is our pricing and bundles information: 

Hot chocolate group - 1 cup = $3, 2 cups = $5, get 3 cups of hot chocolate and get a free bracelet

Bracelets group - $2 per bracelet, 2 bracelets for $3, 5 bracelets for $8

Bracelet team:  Bring a minimum of 2 bracelets to sell next week.  Use whatever extra material you have at home.  The point is to use your imagination and make things with whatever you have. 

Hot Chocolate team:  You are also making a booklet with a minimum of 24 recipes so get at least 16 recipes in a document (all recipes should be in one document) by next week. 

Week 2

Hi all! This week, we decided we will be making bracelets AND hot chocolate! We designed our logos on paper. We also created some questions to send out in a survey as part of our market research to gauge interest in our product! I will be creating the survey, and then everyone will have the chance to send the survey as many people as possible to fill out! Here are the roles we have assigned for this week.

David - create design for bracelets on Canva based on the paper design we made in class today

Inaaya - create design for hot chocolate on Canva based on the paper design we made in class today

Melina - send the survey to people in our club so everyone can share it with other people (once I share the link)

Aeleez, Arianna - bring 1 surface each to class next week

Our CEOs for next week will be: Sianna and Aeleez

We will decide the rest of our roles in class next week as we work in smaller groups!

Week 1 

Hi all! This week, we began to decide what kind of business we will create! We landed on making bracelets, and we want to donate our proceeds to PETA! 

Here are our roles for the week. 

Next week, we will begin creating logos and doing our market research!
