Day 5 (July 9th):
Hello everyone, unfortunately today is the last class of the program.
In today's class the kids worked together and came up with their own jingle for the business!
We also found the best lemonade recipes and decided how we can improve them, and created a poster for the best lemonade recipe.
I hope to see you all in another Explorer Hop program this summer!

Hello everyone!
In today's class we designed a banner as a marketing tool for our business. We also came up with a business plan for real life vs. online for a lemonade stand.
In tomorrow's class we will write a jingle for an ad for our business!

Day 3 (July 7th):
Hello, today was such an awsome day!
Today we learned what is a product pitch, we wrote a product description for our webpage, and we came up with a pricing strategy for our business.
Tomorrow we will put together a Virtual Banner!
Homework: bring a piece of lemon to next class, also take a picture of you eating lemon (to use in banner)

Day 2 (July 6th):
Hey everyone, it was so awsome seeing you all again today!
In today's class we learned about company logos and designed some of our own! Each kid drew a logo idea which will be included in the final webpage. We also worked together on a few electronic logo designs and the kids voted for their favorite one.
Tomorrow we will work on the product description and the pricing strategy.

Hello everyone!
It was so great meeting you all today and getting to know you.
In today's class we learned about the different types of businesses and what makes a business successful. We also came up with a name for our Virtual Lemonade Stand and decided on a charity to donate the money to!
Tomorrow we will design out company logo.
Homework for tomorrow: plan a crazy outfit and bring paper, pencils, and markers for drawing.
