Will I get Grade 12 Ontario High School Credit?
Please select one of these options to qualify for the credit: ON School Credit or ON Express Credit
- ON School Credit gives you 8 months to do 110 hours of Math.
- ON Express Credit is an accelerated program where you have 4 months to do 110 hours of Math
Please note: If you start the program with the No Credit option, you will need to re-register and redo completed modules to get the credit to meet ministry requirements.
Please be aware that, as per Ministry guidelines, Explorer Hop Academy has a mandatory minimum requirement of 14 days of enrolment for students to be eligible for a midterm report card and 28 days of enrolment to be eligible for a final report card.
What will I learn?
In this course, you will explore advanced functions and mathematics. You will be learning how to analyze graphs of functions and equations, how to create graphs of functions, and how to obtain useful information from functions and graphs for real-life applications. You will be learning about rates of change, making connections between functions and their key characteristics, and how to critically think to solve advanced math problems. This will allow you to develop an essential skill set of mathematical skills that are highly applicable in real life and in many careers.
